A cleaning and restorations company is seeking a permanent full time Project Manager – Estimator to start as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of related experience and have strong and proficient computer skills. Software knowledge with Suability, Activate and BEST would be an asset. This individual must be customer service orientated, outgoing, self motivated, and have the ability to network.

This position will be responsible for:
• Site visits and preparing estimates
• Managing projects and negotiating contracts with sub-trades
• Setting up billings to insurance companies
• Collection and following up on payments
• Obtaining signed access and authorization forms
• Submitting reports and estimates to insurance companies
