Director of Property Management (Lower Mainland)
at Human Resources in Vancouver
DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT required for large residential/commercial/industrial portfolio. Must have strong leasing & marketing background and superior property management skills. Strong leadership ability & team building skills a must. Pref. 5-10 yrs experience. Exp. & knowledge of building operations, R&M, RTA & BCREA an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Above-average written & verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate resilience, passion & commitment to deliver and be accountable for results
- Assertive self-starter with ability to work independently under minimal supervision
