Vancouver Placement Group is seeking a bright motivated individual for a Technical Customer Service Representative role.
The ideal candidate will be confident and outgoing with excellent personal skills and have at least 1 year Call Center experience.
This position provides telephone support for a variety of calls, ranging from general inquiries to technical service issues. The successful candidate may also be required to sit in on meetings with senior managers and clients, so a presentable image is important
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Initial point of contact for the customer
-Track installs removals and movement of equipment
-Provide diagnostics on technical problems.
-Initiate Service call process.
-Respond to general telephone inquiries.
-Provide prompt, courteous, and professional telephone support to both the customer End Users and Service Representatives
-Understand and fully comply with Call Centre procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience with printers would be an asset
-Strong PC including excel
-High energy, self motivated, ability to work independently & solve problems
-Motivated team player
-Strong troubleshooting experience
-Pleasant telephone manner
-Strong communication and customer relations skills
-Mature and self confident; ability to work unsupervised
-Ability to work under pressure
-Well organized; ability to prioritize work, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Salary is $17.91
