We are currently seeking a motivated and eager Outbound Sales Reps. The position pays wage + commission, and this is a full-time opportunity.
Job Description:
- Making Sales calls with a focus on winning new customers
- Follow-up on calls made
- Initiating Outbound sales calls in order to obtain new sales or re-orders
Job Requirements:
- Need to be available for Monday to Friday
- Experience in an Outbound Sales Call Center environment. Telesales and/or retail sales (commission structured) experience is an asset. (Wiling to train the right candidate)
- Effective and accurate decision making skills.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Goal and Target orientated
- Exceptional telephone communication skills.
