Sales Team Manager (Vancouver)

Our client, a leader in the direct marketing field, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Sales Team Manager to join their successful team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall Team Performance:
- Meet monthly/quarterly goals
- Managing performance
- Scheduling
Rep Training and Performance:
- Mentoring and coaching team members
- Leading and facilitating training programs
- Run in-field training sessions
- Maintaining rep skill sets
- Evaluating and recognizing best practices
- Reviewing rep performance with team leads.
Team Building and Team Retention:
- Manage Attrition: Minimize turnover and maximize retention by increasing the commitment level of your team
- Drive an inspirational team environment
- Manage and drive in-field contests
- Communicate clear, concise, and consistent messages to your team
Relationship Management:
- Act as the liaison between company and our clients
- Active communication to stores on coverage, customer service, and quality of FMRs scheduled
- Effectively co-ordinate and manage set up of locations
Administration:
- Coordinate head office communication
- Payroll management
- Other paperwork as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 5 years experience in a direct sales role
- Previous experience managing a team and driving performance
- Proven mentorship and coaching abilities
- Reporting and budget maintenance skill
- Extremely hands-on approach and eagerness to work in the field
COMPENSATION:
- 50K to 60K
