full time Project Administrator - Healthcare Services (Lower Mainland)

Network Healthcare is a health services company that empowers people to be healthier through access to integrated, high quality, technology-enabled health services. A leader in managing virtual healthcare networks, Network Healthcare specializes in creating new innovative services and in integrating and “operationalizing” these services into primary care practices for in-person and telehealth care.

The Project Administrator provides administrative support for the schedules, documentation and coordination of resources. The Administrator compares progress against schedules and informs the Manager of any variance. The Administrator liaises with project participants, writes reports and forwards input and recommendations to the Manager. Using the most current technology, all employees work from home.

Specific duties include:

• Coordinates project schedules and monitors project plans and timelines.
• Liaises with clients, staff, and management team; provides regular and ad hoc reporting.
• Assists in the development of project plans.
• Liaises with project implementation team, ensuring members are updated and issues are addressed.
• Creates and maintains project documentation and files.
• Tracks project progress, monitors deliverables and informs manager of any variances.
• Monitors project benchmarks against Quality Standards and identifies and reports variances.
• Provides administrative support related to the projects
• Carries out other duties as assigned to support and assist Network Healthcare staff in delivering project requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Project Management preferred
• Experience: 3 to 5 years project coordination experience
• Experience coordinating healthcare projects is an asset
• Background, understanding and experience in the healthcare/medical industry, trends and/or practices is a requirement
• Advanced interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a home office environment and experience with telecommunting.
• General technology competency and the willingness to learn and use telephony technology, databases, knowledge bases, documentation software and other clinical support technology.
• Dedicated space suitable for a home office (hardware and software equipment will be provided)
