We are currently assisting our client, a Corporate and Securities Law Firm in downtown, Vancouver, in recruiting for a PARALEGAL with knowledge and experience in U.S. Securities.

What you can offer them:

- Must be a graduate of a Paralegal program from a recognized college.

- Must have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience as a paralegal in securities

- Must have knowledge in US Securities law

Job Description

• general correspondence;
• all financing documents and other securities transactions such as prospectus or similar filings;
• continuous disclosure documents for publicly listed companies;
• transactional documents/agreements for financings, acquisitions, etc.;
• preperation of U.S. Quarterly and Annual Reports;
• annual general meeting materials
• maintaining minute books for clients;
• administrative work, SEDAR and SEDI filings; and

• all associated securities procedures.
