Looking for a Real Estate Law Student or Contract Law Student to review "Contract of Purchase and Sale" of a pre-construction condominium. Looking for a way to get out of the contract. Closing date for condo is December 15th, 09. Contract is 6 pages long.
Pay: $200CAD to read and offer advice on how to get out of the contract.
