We defend insureds under property, liability, and a wide variety of specialty insurance lines. We also provide coverage and underwriting advice to national and international insurers, and pursue subrogated claims on their behalf.

In addition to paralegal experience and knowledge, you will:
• be a self-starter who needs little direction and can work independently;
• be able to organize voluminous claim and related documents;
• have strong analytical and drafting skills of list of documents, correspondence and pleadings;
• have in-depth understanding of procedural law in the area of litigation;
• be able to organize, summarize and interpret evidence;
• be able to arrange trail and discovery dates;
• be able to track and record billable time on files;
• be able to conduct legal research and BC-Online searches.
Qualifications:
• a graduate from a recognized Paralegal program with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience;
• posses strong communication skills, both written and oral, excellent organizational skills, and be detailed oriented;
• Strong computer skills.
