Entry level position available at high end floral design studio. Duties include general store maintenance including cleaning, flower & plant prep & care, wrapping bouquets, helping customers and assisting designers. Must have good clear handwriting & basic computer skills. Drivers license an asset.
This is a position that can lead to valuable design training for the right person. We are looking for long term loyal employees who are stylish, creative, reliable,professional, courteous, confident, positive & friendly,and want to learn floral design. We have a small staff who work very well together and everyone takes their jobs seriously. We are all about flowers & dogs so no allergy people please!
This is a PERMANENT position & NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS. Some heavy lifting required, working with your hands most of the time, and you are on your feet all day, so must be in good physical shape.
Position available late June. 20+ hrs. per week. Must have flexible schedule including Saturdays. (we are closed on Sundays) May lead to full time employment in the future for the right candidate.
