Salary plus Finders Fees (Surrey - Guildford)

Busy established Mortgage Broker is looking for an assistant to process mortgage application files. Working your own files is acceptable and encouraged. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a mortgage agent or assistant. Preference will be given to individuals qualified to be registered with FICOM.
Duties include:
- paper file processing, computer data entry, client follow-up communication, distributing marketing materials and general office duties.
Qualifications include:
- being organized, detail oriented and ability to follow instructions.
- neat and legible handwriting
- good command of the English language
- team player willing to contribute ideas and able to handle tasks without supervision
- advanced skill level in MS Excel
- practical working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook
Due to snsitivity to perfumes and residual cigarette smoke applicants who smoke or prefer to wear fragrances should not apply for this position.
