Heart-centered part-time office assistant (Kitsilano)

Attention Heart Centered People!! Part time office assistant to needed immediately.
Computer skills on a Mac are a MUST.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists Administrative Office using initiative and proficiency in all areas.
2. Maintains and prioritizes workload, ability to meet deadlines to insure efficient job coordination.
3. Handles telephone calls and e-mails efficiently and professionally.
4. Prepares reports, correspondence, workshop folders, training manuals and special assignments in a timely and accurate manner, as assigned.
5. Possesses creative skills for publicity ideas and making fliers, brochures.
6. Assists Administrative Office with special event duties e.g. workshops, seminars, certification trainings.
7. Exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, integrity, initiative and exercises confidentiality. Has ability to follow instructions, be detailed oriented, work well on their own, and have good follow-through on all projects. Dresses appropriately for an office environment.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must demonstrate effective MAC skills; (editing, creations and input); maintaining and updating websites are a big plus; Basic Bookkeeping skills. Telephone etiquette, professionalism, excellent communication and written skills/customer service; management related experience; an understanding of holistic health and personal growth.
