Receptionist/Legal Secretary (Richmond)

Busy Richmond Law Firm is looking for a dedicated individual who is highly detail-oriented and thrives in a multi-tasking environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities:
1. answering telephone calls
2. greeting clients
3. drafting letters
4. dicta typing
5. banking
6. mailing
7. photocopying
8. scanning documents
9. filing
10. opening and closing files
Qualifications:
1. Must have completed secondary education; post-secondary education an asset.
2. 1-2 years of previous office experience.
3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Word Perfect.
4. Must have intermediate business writing skills; able to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally.
5. Must have strong organizational & time-management skills to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and departmental objectives.
Offer:
a. Full time position.
b. Compensation: commensurate with experience.
c. Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
d. Located close to Richmond Centre.
