Immediate opening for live-in residential manager for townhouse projects in Surrey . Must have prior experience with a proven track record of results. Must be able to supervise maintenance, landscaping and cleaning personnel. Duties include (but not limited to) renting of suites, collecting rent, daily computer reports, evaluation of repairs to be done, staff supervision, suite preparation, tenant relations, some cleaning.. Must be well organized, have good working knowledge of computer use and be fluent in English. Salary to be discussed in an interview. A rental reduction is also included.
