Human Resources Advisor
Leverage your HR knowledge and experience in this multi-faceted role
Kamloops, BC
Bring your professional background and innovative thinking to our HR Services department to ensure that all HR policies, programs, services and strategies are consistently supported and maintained throughout the organization.
Acting as a consultative partner with internal/external stakeholders, you will provide expertise, analysis and advice for staff recruitment and selection, classification and HR-related legislation. Moreover, you will be responsible for training, coaching, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution and salary administration. Your ability to apply creative solutions to complex human resources issues will greatly contribute to your success, as will your research and analytical skills when preparing recommendations for HR initiatives and programs. CHRP designation would be an asset.
