The Role
We are currently looking for an Associate Partner, Human Resources who is interested in working with a small company that is on the move.
Your solid HR knowledge of practices and procedures, preferably with 5 to 10 years experience in an HR Generalist role, will make you an ideal candidate for this position. You will work closely with the rest of the Human Resources team to analyze current client HR practices and recommend and implement solutions to their HR issues. You will prepare proposals, reports, handbooks, forms and foster client relationships. You have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under minimal supervision.
