House Cleaning and Yard Work (12th/Fraser, Vancouver)

We’re looking for someone to do some house and yard work for us. The job would be 3 hours of work, every 2 weeks (or 1.5 hours every week, whichever works best for you). $10 per hour.
The work would be a little different each time, based on what we need. But it would most likely include:
1 hour of inside house cleaning (vacuum two rooms, sweep the house, clean the bathroom) and 2 hours of outside yard work (mowing the grass and weeding). We might add or change this around a bit based on what we need.
You don’t need to have any experience doing any of these things. We’re just looking for someone who’s willing to work hard and not afraid to get dirty or sweaty.
