WPCG is currently seeking an ECM Project Manager for one of our Lower Mainland clients.
Job Description:
As ECM Project Manager you will create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. You will identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities, manage day to day operational aspects of a project and scope, and review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to client. You will be responsible for effectively applying methodology and enforce project standards. You will prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, minimize exposure and risk on the project, and ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. You will track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis, manage project budget, and determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for the project. You will follow up with clients when necessary regarding unpaid invoices; analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization. Lastly, this role will require some support outside of regular business hours during implementations.
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of Project Management experience with demonstrable results
• 5-10 years of ECM experience in areas such as Development, Support, Testing, Project Management or Maintenance
• Expert knowledge of the PMBOK and demonstrated successful completion of an advanced Project Management course is a must have
• Experience personally leading and managing large (multimillion dollar) IS projects
• Previous experience in financial management with full project P/L responsibility
• Strong experience in creating and executing resource planning and forecasts
• Experience managing operational aspects of project management
• Proven track record as a team player with strong focus on understanding the business drivers, partnership and business outcomes
• Previous experience as a PM delivering Enterprise Content Management Systems into an environment with over 3,000 users.
• Proven understanding of Internet, Intranet, extranet technologies and good understanding of infrastructure and client/server architecture
• PMP, Certificate in Business Analysis, University qualifications
