Building Manager – Vancouver Coastal Region

We are looking for an energetic, physically fit and dependable person to reside and fill a full time position at our MacLean Park site, at or near 705 Jackson Avenue.
You will be working with a progressive team providing quality housing options for those most in need in our communities. As cleanliness and good maintenance of our properties will be a high priority, you will be required to show how you have achieved this in previous employment. Equally importantly, you have the interpersonal abilities to manage challenging tenant conflict issues.
Experience in building management and minor maintenance is required, along with high-level communication skills. You also demonstrate a willingness to learn and have an excellent work performance record. A BC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle complete the picture.
The successful applicant will be subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.
