We are one of BC’s largest computer wholesale companies, celebrating our 22nd year in business supplying the technology industry. We wholesale computer cables, CCTV, network components and related accessories to the IT industry. We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Professional (RMA) to add to our customer service team in our Vancouver location.

We are looking for a pro-active individual with a can-do attitude and open mind. Sales experience is an asset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Investigates and documents customer issues, conducts product testing and determines resolution of replacement/ defective items
• Provides exceptional customer service, taking ownership of problems and issues through our RMA process
• Works with Purchasing to improve the quality of our product line
• Maintains and improves the showroom
• Shares knowledge of new and defective products with the sales and operational teams
REQUIREMENTS:
? 2 years technical support experience
? Solid understanding of computer hardware and networking
? Ability to interact effectively with coworkers and clients on a professional level
? Strong customer service orientation
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality output
? Self-motivated and pro-active
? Positive attitude
? Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions
? Team approach to sharing knowledge and determining solutions
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
? Ability to quickly adapt to change and new technology
? CompTIA A+ knowledge an asset
